How to Return Your Purchase: Returning your items with Bra Bell is simple and convenient. You can initiate the return process in the following ways:

After submitting your return request, we will schedule a pick-up for the item at a time that works for you. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition. You only need to return the main product, and a return shipping fee of 150 INR will apply.
Refund Policy
We strive to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, we offer a clear and straightforward refund process:

Refund Process Initiation: Once we receive your returned item, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours.

Refund Method:
- For Online Payments: The refund will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.
- For Cash on Delivery Orders: Please provide your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. Refunds will be processed via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.

Conditions: Refunds are processed only after the item is picked up, dispatched, and received by our warehouse.

Exchange Policy
At Bra Bell, we understand that finding the right fit is crucial. Our exchange policy is designed to ensure you get the perfect garment:

Exchange Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement from our warehouse.

Custom Fit Option: If none of our standard sizes are suitable for you, we offer custom tailoring. To proceed, include a well-fitting garment of your own with the returned Bra Bell item. Our courier will collect both, and we will craft a custom garment according to your measurements and deliver it within 7 to 9 days. Your measurements will be saved for future orders.

Limitations: Please note that for any order, you can either request a refund or an exchange, but this can be done only once per order.
Important Details
- Pick-Up of Item: Once a return is requested, we will arrange for the item to be picked up within 1 to 3 days.
- Return Shipping Time: After pick-up, the item will take approximately 15 to 25 days to arrive at our warehouse.
- Refund Processing: Your refund will be processed shortly after the warehouse confirms receipt of the returned item.
- Return Charge: While exchanges are free, a return shipping fee of 150 INR will be deducted from the refund amount to cover logistics and handling costs.
